Who is Greg?

Greg Jacobs is the Owner and the Strength and Conditioning Coach of Stable Base Personal Training and Pilates. He’s been a Strength and Condition coach since 1994 and has worked with state and national level athletes in swimming, cycling, triathlon, kayaking and basketball. He qualified as Pilates instructor in 2001 and worked in some of Melbourne’s leading physiotherapy practices, gyms and pilates studios. He opened Stable Base in 2005 and continue to provide strength and conditioning, pilates and PT to over 100 people.
